MWANGAZA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESIDENTIAL CARE has a written agreement with a Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner (BHNP) to provide treatment as needed. The agreement will be maintained on the premises at the administrative office. The minimum qualifications of the BHNP include:
- Must be at least 30 years of age
- Authorized by law to diagnose and prescribe medication and devises defined in A.R.S. ยง 32-1901, and is one of the following with at least one year of full-time behavioral health work experience:
- A Physician/Psychiatrist;
- A Physician Assistant; or
- A Nurse Practitioner
