When residents are referred to Mwangaza Behavioral Health Residential Care at a time when there is no available space, MWANGAZA BHRF will inform the applicable placing agency that it has no available space and any such resident may be placed on a waiting list at the request of the placing agency.
When space becomes available, the residents on the waiting list and their placing agency will be notified on a first-come-first-served basis, except priority may be given to those residents that may have priority as set forth below:
- Homeless
- Alcohol Abuse
- Substance Abuse
